Based on their response, the decision on when to open these institutions will be taken in July 2020. The Ministry of Family and Health Welfare will send an SOP for this.

The third phase of the unlock includes international air travel, swimming pools, amusement parks, theaters, bars, auditoriums, halls, and public place gatherings related to social, political, sports, educational, religious, cultural, and entertainment in the country. Depending on the situation, it will be decided when to open these activities in Phase 3.

There are 10 important things to follow in Unlock-1

According to the guideline of the Ministry of Human Resources, 10 important things have to be strictly followed in Unlock-1. Including wearing face masks, adhering to social distance, not holding large events, not spitting in public, drinking alcohol in public places, eating leaves and not smoking tobacco, working from home as far as possible, following the rules of shops and offices. , Screening and maintaining hygiene, using sanitizer.

Passenger trains, labor trains, domestic flights, repatriation of Indian nationals stranded abroad, repatriation to their home countries etc. will be started.

Legal penalty

Those who do not comply with these guidelines will be penalized under Sections 51 to 60 of the Disaster Management Act and under IPC 188.
