Fennel water can be made in 2 ways

  1. Put 1 teaspoon of anise in a glass of water and let it steep overnight. Drink that water in the morning.
  2. Boil 1 glass of water in a pan and put 1 teaspoon of fennel in that water and leave it covered for a while. Aniseed water is ready. Drink it two to three times daily.
